Terms and Conditions
Registering for events organized by Art & Hobby Studio requires reading and accepting the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read each point carefully to be informed about the rights and obligations of both parties. Registration Procedure for Art & Hobby Studio Events
- Form Completion: Fill out the registration form for your preferred course/workshop.
- Availability Notification: Participants will be notified by email or phone regarding the availability of spots for the event, as well as the payment methods.
- Payment Confirmation: Registration is finalized upon payment of the event fee. For bank transfers, participants should send the payment confirmation (transaction report) to contact@artandhobbystudio.ro. Spots are limited for each event and will be reserved in the order of payment received.
Participant Rights and Obligations
- Participants must read and agree to these terms and conditions before registering for any activities organized by Art & Hobby Studio.
- All personal information (name, phone, and email) provided in the registration form must be accurate. If the organizer cannot contact the participant, the registration request will be canceled.
Organizer Rights and Obligations
- The organizer will provide the space and all necessary materials for the activities.
- All prices on the site are in RON and cannot be changed during the registration period.
- Events that cannot be held due to the organizer will be rescheduled to a date agreed upon with the participants.
- Artworks created during events at Art & Hobby Studio can be stored for a maximum of 30 days, during which participants can collect them during working hours.
- The organizer must not share participants’ personal data with third parties and should use it only for events organized by Art & Hobby Studio, according to the Data Processing Policy detailed below.

Protecting your information during the processing of your personal data is a major concern for us. All data collected during visits to our website is processed according to the legal provisions valid in the country where this site is maintained, i.e., Romania.
We reserve the right to update and modify this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect any changes in how we process your personal data or any changes in legal requirements.
