Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. During this period, recipients can use the vouchers to register for any activities organized by Art & Hobby Studio.
If the recipient of the gift voucher can no longer participate in the chosen activity, they may opt for another activity, provided they notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the initial activity.
If an activity cannot take place due to a lack of participants or other reasons attributable to Art & Hobby Studio, the value of the voucher can be fully redistributed to another activity. In this situation, the validity of the voucher is extended by one month.
Purchased gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash. Exceptions are only made if the activity is canceled by Art & Hobby Studio and no suitable alternative can be offered. In such cases, recipients may request a refund within 14 business days from the date of the activity’s cancellation.
To request a return, recipients must send an email to contact@artandhobbystudio.com with the voucher details and the reason for the request. Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days. If the return is approved, the refund will be made to the account indicated by the recipient within 14 business days from the approval date.
Art & Hobby Studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
