What You Will Learn
Over the course of the four sessions, you will explore both the basic principles of watercolor painting and techniques that will help you achieve greater depth, expressiveness, and control in your work.
- Basic watercolor techniques – brush handling, water control, pigment management, and color mixing.
- Layers and advanced techniques – glazing, layering, transparency, and various effects specific to watercolor.
- Composition and color harmony – principles of image organization and the use of color to create balanced and harmonious compositions.
- Perspective and proportions – fundamental concepts for accurately rendering shapes, proportions, and space in painting.
