Art & Hobby Studio invites you starting from November 4, 2023, to the KNITTING COURSE. Schedule: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM Duration: 6 SESSIONS (every SATURDAY)

In the first two sessions, we will learn how to cast on stitches onto knitting needles, how to knit the garter stitch (all rows are knitted), and the stockinette stitch (one row knitted, the next purled). Additionally, we will use these skills to knit a small garment such as fingerless gloves, a beanie hat, a baby vest, or house slippers. We will also look at simple knitting patterns and learn how to read them together.

In the third and fourth sessions, we will learn how to increase and decrease stitches, and explore various methods for introducing a new yarn into our work.

In the final sessions, we will learn how to finish our work, hide the loose ends, and seam knitted pieces to complete our garments.
